I'm glad you decided to join us on the journey to become proactive in your process management! There are a lot of opportunities for you to learn about Performance Analytics and hear from other customers about their own journeys.
Here is a master schedule of all sessions related to reporting and Performance Analytics at K15.
April 19-20: Knowledge15 Pre-Conference
The Knowledge15 pre-conference is an excellent opportunity to get formal training on Performance Analytics. ServiceNow Education Services has created a brand new training focusing specifically on how to use the reporting and Performance Analytics features in the ServiceNow platform. This is a very exciting opportunity for report administrators and process owners to learn about managing their processes without having to learn all of the system administration functions of ServiceNow.
I have been working with the authors of this course, and they have done an amazing job putting the material together. You will be learning a lot in a short period of time, but you will be shown a lot of things you probably didn't know you had available to you out of the box in the ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics training will be held in the Lagoon ballrooms (Lagoon A, B, C, D, E, and F). We are excited to see you there if you are registered. If you are not registered, there is still space! Go to the Knowledge15 website and sign up now.

April 21-23: Knowledge15
This is the main event! You will have the opportunity to attend break-out sessions and hands-on lab sessions. Break-out sessions are usually delivered by ServiceNow customers, and you will hear about the work they have done. Introduce yourself to the speakers after their presentations to start a conversation about their journey with Performance Analytics.
The hands-on lab sessions are intended to get you working with a ServiceNow instance. We have a number of labs dedicated to just reporting or Performance Analytics so you can become proficient with both.

We are very excited about our first CreatorCon. This is an exciting opportunity for you to explore ServiceNow as a platform and become a Certified Application Developer!
As you develop custom applications, you should follow the analytics principles discussed in the last blog post:

- Get Proactive
At CreatorCon, you will have an opportunity to learn more about advanced reporting/analytics and how to incorporate those ideas into your application development process. Always be thinking about how you can measure the performance of the application you are developing!
