Abstract: Learn how NTT Data has enabled their Field Service workforce with Augmented Reality tools to help technicians in the field collaborate with one another to resolve complex issues. With the help of Augmented Reality collaboration tools, a technician working on complex equipment can reach out for help with another field worker, or an expert behind a desk. With these tools, NTT has been able to improve key service related KPIs while deflecting unnecessary dispatches.
