Abstract: Service owners often get challenged to get the right information needed to measure and manage the performance of the services they provide. Correlating this information with the workflows, activities, and bottlenecks to make well-informed, impactful decisions is both difficult and time-consuming. In the past, our internal ServiceNow service owners faced similar challenges, which is why we use our own Performance Analytics (PA), a fast and easy-to-use performance management suite available with most ServiceNow applications. Real-time dashboards and reports give us the laser-sharp visibility and insight we need to assess service performance, make better decisions, and accelerate time to value. Performance Analytics used along with Service Portal, Workflows and other Platform capabilities multiplies these benefits considerably leading up to $2M savings annualized.
