Abstract:
As a native, in-platform solution, ServiceNow Performance Analytics tracks your key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing you to anticipate trends, prioritize resources, and identify opportunities for improvement or self-service automation.
This lab uses the complimentary version of Performance Analytics for Incident Management to deliver a better understanding of the concepts and value of Performance Analytics. You’ll learn how to analyze performance results and uncover bottlenecks in your service delivery process by working with dashboards, widgets, scorecards, indicators, and breakdowns. You’ll walk away with an understanding of how to analyze your own organizational data with Performance Analytics, and how to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prerequisite: Generic ServiceNow Platform knowledge recommended.
