Abstract: Using performance analytics, a business partner index was created which includes 16 indicators. Each indicator has unique weights to identify IT’s overall performance from the business perspective. The index was initially kept in an excel spreadsheet and was a mammoth effort to maintain. Using PA indicators, the data is automatically collected and scored daily. Stakeholders can see trends and take the appropriate action. This dashboard is used across multiple organizations within the company and is part of a monthly technology service operating review.
