Abstract:
CEMEX is a global company with 40,000+ employees in over 40 countries. At the Vendor Management Office, they manage global outsourcing services contracts with multiple suppliers and deliver central services to their regional and country managers. In their first ServiceNow release, they implemented the Service Catalog and confronted challenges that led to learning how simple concepts help with the management of processes within the platform. Some of their key learnings include creating scalable rules, managing visibility rules for our vendors, country managers, regional managers and directors, enabling service owners to manage their services’ requirements with no-code, such as updating notification recipients, task assignations, etc. In this session they will share with attendees, their implementation experience, pain points, and learnings to help you with your challenges.
