"The Knowledge conferences I've attended in the past have been the best technical learning experiences I've had.   Having so many customers that present is tremendous and shows us what is really happening with ServiceNow, not just theoretical jargon from ServiceNow engineers.

This year I'm hoping to learn more about asset management, vendor management, and contract management.   These are some of the things my university is trying to conquer over the next 15 months.   Plus, we just generally want to learn how to become more awesome — just like Kid President!"

"Sharing, learning and building; experiences, relationships and apps!

The traditional meet and greet, face to face conversations with likeminded professionals, to the faces to names social networking in relaxed atmosphere trading ideas over a cold beer."

"Two reasons.   First, to be inspired by industry peers and thought leaders in what they are accomplishing with ServiceNow.   Second, to inspire my industry peers with what I've learned about developing robust, scalable applications on the platform.   I am attending Knowledge to participate and lead in the most vibrant and exciting technology communities I've ever participated in.   And then there's a little matter of the 2nd annual Hackathon…"

"As a developer, one word:   LABS!   I look forward to attending the lab sessions at knowledge every year because I know I am going to find tons of handy little tricks, snippets of code, or a new approach that I had never thought of before.   Just when you think you know everything about the platform, you attend Knowledge and see people developing and creating amazing solutions from functionality you had no idea existed (shout out to the guy who showed me his On Call Scheduler app last year!).   I can't wait to see some of the custom applications built on the ServiceNow platform at Knowledge."

"I am attending Knowledge14 to speak on Thursday May 1 about the great work Bupa Australia/New Zealand are doing with ServiceNow.... and to attend the best customer led sessions going around.

And just when you think that isn't enough of a reason to attend you should see my agenda builder — it is saturated with fabulous content leading to new learnings... see you in San Francisco, the countdown is officially on!"
