Abstract:
Learn how one team at Nationwide Insurance retired three applications in six months and the benefit they’ve seen replacing them with ServiceNow. The main goal was to deliver a quality product that would produce the business functionality needed. They'll explain the processes for eliciting requirements and conducting effective workshops, and share their journey of development, testing, and implementation. The Nationwide team will also share lessons learned and efficiencies realized that have benefited the entire company and partners involved.
