Abstract: Sanford Health's story / journey to providing an exceptional IT/HR employee experience utilizing Service Now's Unified Portal, NOW mobile app and Virtual Agent. How we created a unified portal to provide our 50,000 employees a single source for their HR and IT Knowledge, Service Catalog and case/incident requests. This is across 26 states and over 300 locations in the Sanford footprint.
