Abstract: Come and see our latest product: ServiceNow® Workspace Playbook. We will review how the incident response process can be automated with Playbook. With the incident playbook, you can execute actions in response to an alert, run queries to enrich an incident with contextual information, and reduce the time taken to resolve by providing remediation actions.
