Abstract:
Training veterans to become successful ServiceNow admins and developers is a priority for ServiceNow. In partnership with Nelson Frank, we’re providing ServiceNow technical training to IT professionals who are transitioning from the U.S. Armed Forces to the civilian workforce. The expansive portfolio of certification and training services that we provide these veterans will cross IT, HR, Customer Service, and other areas of our platform.
Certifications such as the Certified Application Specialist (CAS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist-IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) are all geared to validate veterans’ ability to configure, implement, and maintain proven ServiceNow solutions.
