In this Now on Now session, the HealthScan and Surf teams will share our story on how we are developing solutions, tools and processes to accelerate upgrades, enabling you to get to the newest version, quicker. Learn the tips and tricks of our approach to help us prepare for each upgrade. We’re already on Madrid and we upgraded in record time! We will introduce ServiceNow HealthScan, our system that helps ensure we are aligned to best practices and reduces technical debt. This, along with other tools like ATF, helps the Now on Now team to upgrade faster than ever before, with fewer resources, and better quality. ServiceNow prides itself on being customer zero, feeding early feedback to improve the quality of the release, and to make for smooth customer upgrades. On to New York!
