Abstract: "This session shall focus on improving customer experiences by guiding users through complex processes and elevating the task flow. In-app training and onboarding can significantly reduce the cognitive overload for users and leads to increased productivity, eventually will act as a effective deflection tool for the support tickets. This session will also highlight the trends in digital adoption and how ServiceNow sees an opportunity here to provide a unified help and guidance framework which shall change the way users learn or get help to complete their tasks. "
