Abstract:
BioGen Inc., a Fortune 250 Global Pharmaceutical, had an audacious goal ahead of them for 2018, drive digital transformation and improve the employee experience, by leveraging ServiceNow across the company. This meant designing and rolling out Global Business Services (GBS) to align their global functions including; HR, legal, finance, technology, and training.

• Replacing both Salesforce with ServiceNow for HRSD and GBS, and vFire for ITSM
