Abstract: Importing data from many different external and internal systems into your ServiceNow instance can be a challenging endeavor. With the vast diversity of databases, APIs, and mechanisms for accessing external data, there is not a one size fits all solution to bringing this data into ServiceNow. In this session, learn how KeyBank was able to overcome challenges and limitations and establish a rich foundational and CMDB import strategy. With over 100 different integrations and data imports, learn how we leveraged the tools of the NOW platform to make these imports possible, as well as the tips and tricks and best practices that we learned along the way.
