Abstract: Some business requirements are complex and unique with solutions hidden within the platform just requiring a little deep dive. Our business wanted an automated service request submission option saving the users time and effort. There was also a need for a process that could be reset or routed back to completed activities and reopen them for further review or processing. We had a very specific integration requirement as well, involving unique attachment level capabilities. In this session, we will share four peculiar use cases and our experience of successfully solving these challenges using a few tips and tricks on the platform that helped us derive significant business value and enhance our user experience on Service Now.
