Abstract:
Consumerization of technology has raised the bar for what is an acceptable enterprise user experience. Mobile ready is table stakes. Physical assets are shipping with embedded sensors. Lines of business depend on technology to meet their top and bottom line revenue targets. Security risks increase exponentially as unknown devices come onto our networks. IT has never had a more critical role to play than today.
However, none of this happens in a vacuum. Executing a successful transformation journey requires organizational commitment to the kind of culture change that will bridge the gap between IT and the rest of the business.
