Abstract:

Kinetic IT is an Australian-based managed services provider with more than 1,300 employees across Australia. They've grown exponentially over the last five years. And as such, legacy ways of working using paper-based forms, spreadsheets, and shared mailboxes that were used extensively by the organization were causing process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.

In 2015, they deployed ServiceNow for IT, and since then have progressively built and rolled out more and more applications on the ServiceNow platform to support non-IT areas of the business. This has transformed the employee experience and provided streamlined and integrated processes across the organization. In this session, Kinetic IT will talk you through how they have:
