Abstract:
Uniper, a leading energy company active in more than 40 countries, is focused on providing customers with tailor-made solutions for their increasingly complex energy needs, in Europe and beyond. To support these ambitions, Uniper knew it needed to further bridge the gap between IT and business operations. ServiceNow was the driver that Uniper utilised in order to become “digitally transparent”. With the support of DXC, Uniper was able to provide an end to end view of its Business Process and supported IT Services.
