Abstract:

United Airlines has been live for a year on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging both HR and ITSM for their diverse user population. Serving more than 90,000 employees and other users globally, with over 60,000 served through mobile devices, United will be deploying Employee Document Management, Grievance, and Performance, as well as other unique uses of ServiceNow in 2019 and beyond. United will share how they strive to achieve their vision of providing a unified and enterprise-wide one-stop shop for all end users across HR, IT, and employee services.
