Learn how Verizon went from inadequate upgrades to two successful major upgrades per year, while implementing new features and removing customizations along the way. See how Verizon reduced the time to upgrade by adopting EA version and partnering with our ServiceNow Account Manager for faster issue resolutions. Some of the success ingredients included:

  • Performing an upgrade eligibility check and assessment for deprecated methods 
  • Using the ServiceNow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) tools and dashboards for collaboration
  • Improving testing automation and performance test
  • Keeping a laser focus on an implementation plan
