Abstract: Planning to upgrade versions and are new to ServiceNow? Do you have a small team and an even smaller budget? We were in that very position in October 2019. On the heels of an enterprise-wide ServiceNow deployment we wanted to upgrade to the latest version of ServiceNow. We had (and still have) a small team and an even smaller budget to work with. In the face of these challenges, we were able to successfully upgrade to the New York release in about one month. During this session learn the keys to our success, how we executed the upgrade, the challenges we faced, and some tips and lessons learned for future upgrades.
