Hello everyone!

My name is Ben Forrest, and today I'm happy to introduce y'all to our instructor Jason Grant.  Along with Jason and myself, we've got Nicole Jones, Greg Spear, and Eric B. here to support our pre-conference event.

There's a Creatorcon Session happening this week all about setting up Virtual Agent + NLU

If you're not able to get into the lab this week, don't worry it will also end up on NowLearning with a recording and simulator etc just like the other CreatorCon sessions this year.

So a thing that we don't get a ton of time to talk about in courses like Fundamentals are nuanced process selection options that can be leveraged using tools like Decision Builder in conjunction with Flow Designer, that way you're able to quickly and easily maintain a matrix of options related to things like "auto approve this request except in the following scenarios" - that way you don't have to build a ton of specific flow designer flows or have a ton of complicated flow logic.  

Check it out when you get a chance along with the creatorcon lab I referenced earlier this morning.

OK a couple of other fun sessions to consider this week:

Have you looked at Playbooks for something like this where there is a process comprised of several different steps/items/tasks/checklists?  These can be kicked off by a task/event/catalog item!

Even if you're not able to grab a space in these labs ahead of time, often times if you wait a few minutes they'll let you into the session, and if that doesn't work, these will be available on NowLearning after K22 is complete.

I tried the property com.snc.process_flow.reporting.level ON and TRACE with no luck being able to display the flows execution with logging. I might have missed the right property,  can you add the right property/value

Hi Marc - once you set the property to ON you'll want to execute another flow as the opportunity to capture the logs from previous executions has already been missed.  Or to put it another way, by setting the flag to ON we tell the instance to start paying attention to the specifics of future flow executions.
