Are there any plans to postpone Knowledge 2020 because of the whole coronavirus situation.
Facebook has canceled its F8 conference scheduled for May 5-6 in San Jose. Any news from ServiceNow on this?
I need to get my flights done but I am concerned that this may turn out to be a bigger problem than it is right now.

I'm pretty sure non-refundable airfare will become refundable upon the US declaring a state of emergency. If conferences are cancelling, and things get worse, then state of emergency is just around the corner.

WA state and King County specifically have already declared a state of emergency.

Washington and Florida are 3,000 km away. That's like saying that because the UK declares the state of emergency Egypt has to. Let's see how things evolve and wait patiently.

Hi Daniel,
I think it is less of a worry that these areas are calling State Of Emergencies and more of a concern that we will have attendees from these declared emergency areas all in one location within close proximity during labs, breakout sessions and during breaks.
100% agree that we should just wait and see but with all of these large conferences (Google,Microsoft,Ellucian) being canceled that were planned for early May, it would be nice to get an update before travel plans are confirmed.
Honestly, I hope it all blows over soon.

It appears that the governor of Florida has declared a public health emergency in #2020-51 Executive Order.
