Is ServiceNow planning any changes for Knowledge 20 based on the Corona virus outbreak that is wrapping around the globe?

No such announcement for Knowledge 20 based on the Corona virus outbreak from servicenow till now.

Hi Kevin,

The wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners is paramount and so we are monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus as Knowledge 2020 nears. We are working closely with public health experts and Orlando, Florida officials to understand the level of risk of Coronavirus and to take all precautions to ensure attendees safety.

At this time, we are moving forward with Knowledge 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation.

In addition, we are taking the following actions:

  • We are expanding our online platform and content offering to allow anyone who cannot attend in person to participate remotely. This will augment the amazing in-person experiences we are planning.
  • We will remind everyone of the importance of personal hygiene, as at any gathering, will be adding sanitizer station and asking anyone who is feeling ill, or has recently been to impacted regions, to not attend.
  • We will provide updates if and when further actions are taken.

Has ServiceNow developed a Pandemic Response plan or added anything to the Business Continuity Plan around a Pandemic Response?  My company's risk and third party teams are requesting any kind of formal Pandemic Response plans from our vendors.
