Are there any plans to postpone Knowledge 2020 because of the whole coronavirus situation.

Facebook has canceled its F8 conference scheduled for May 5-6 in San Jose. Any news from ServiceNow on this?

I need to get my flights done but I am concerned that this may turn out to be a bigger problem than it is right now.

Disney seems to be taking a similar tact as ServiceNow:

"We know there is new information this week about Coronavirus in Florida," the spokesperson said in a statement Tuesday.

"We have very stringent sanitation procedures in place at Walt Disney World Resort. We are in close contact with health agencies for information and guidance, and at this time, we are continuing to communicate to our Cast the importance of preventative measures such as frequent handwashing and rigorous cleaning processes.

"For guest convenience, we have placed additional hand sanitizers throughout our parks and resorts and will adjust our protocols as the situation warrants."

My team is planning on the conference continuing as scheduled. Look forward to seeing everyone there!

annnnddd....Disney just closed all locations and suspended their cruise line.

Yes, for two weeks.

What I meant with that statement was the virus is spreading which is why WA state has declared a state of emergency. Also, to your comment about the UK and Egypt, if something is only in WA, it doesn't mean it is contained. May is still far ahead in time and I think it is ServiceNow's responsibility to take a call and save the day for everyone.

In my case, I have the conference pass, hotel booking, I just need to make airline reservations which is why I asked the question.

@alan.lowrance I can confirm that most airlines are "refunding" airfare, except the refund is just credit for future flights good for 1 year. We have several employees that now have airline credit available to them IF they are planning on attending a conference in the next year.
