Hi All,
We are kicking off the resource management process. Operational resource plans get allocated to ensure we reserve the time for the "Run" type of work like incidents, requests, changes, etc. When generating the timesheet, these plans need to show. How can we make this happen? I want to make sure people get in the habit of reporting on those categories so we can calibrate if the operational resource plans allocation is closer to the actuals or if we need to adjust.
