Flow Error: Invalid target record for notification

Hello,

I have recently taken over the task of trying to administrate service now. The last person created a flow that appears to error every time with "Invalid target record for notification" on the Notification: Hardware Delivert Incoming action. Due to this error an SCTASK is never created. What is interesting is if I open the Flow, click Test and enter the RIT the test completes and it pushes through the SCTASK with no error.

I am new to the platform so if you could please be detailed with steps required for any suggestions you might have.

I just did a "mock up" in my PDI, and it works triggering of off a catalog request without issue.

Can you do an update to the action and save and publish that? Just something non-consequential like a description? And can you them submit a 'fresh' request using the catalog?

But that is a different notification, is it not? Can you select a product that's not in backorder status?

Okay looks like the action I edited went through...

I made the same edit to the back order notification, created the same request as previously made and this time it went through also! Dare I say the problem is resolved?
