How to enable ssh within Flow Designer

I am attempting to follow along with the "Configure Orchestration, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub" training and I don't have the SSH capability.  How is this enabled in a PDI?

Hi @aaron_f_messner 

This step requires an Integration Hub subscription, so not possible on pdi.
