Restricting the KM Subscription notification (not all)

Hi ServiceNow community,

Currently there are notifications being sent when an user subscribes to the knowledge base or to the Articles,
my questions is if we want to restrict the notifications such that for few knowledge bases only user subscribed to the article level should get the notifications, and not on the knowledge base level,
currently if we enable the notification on both article and knowledge base level, it is applicable for all the knowledge bases for our case how can we restrict that?

Hi,

There isn't a built-in method to prevent subscribing at the knowledge base level. You would have to do a lot of customisation to achieve this.
