Hey everyone. I am registered for K24 and am trying to setup the K24 mobile app on my phone. It asks for email address which I give and it says that I am not registered. How can we look into this and find support?

I tried the same last week and it did not work but this week when i tried it worked for me. I know, it is seems a known issue and many participants are impacted due to this. Try to log a case to event team under FAQ.
