Kb article visibility issue (Washington upgrade)

Hello All,

 

We are experiencing this problem following the upgrade of Washington. First, which users (non-admin roles) are permitted to view the knowledge articles. They are experiencing this issue whenever they navigate to any category on the employee center portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The article names are not visible to them, but the descriptions are, and when they click on the article, they receive the "no record found" error; however, if they search for any article name in the search field, the article appears normally. And I tried adding all of the knowledge roles to the user, but nothing worked. It worked when we added the Admin role, but that is not a solution. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Akshay Jadhav1 ,

Go to the Knowledge Base record for that article, and check who are under  "Can Read" related list.

Only those can see those articles

Also check if individual Knowledge article has any role
