Knowledge 20 and Covid 19

Is ServiceNow planning any changes for Knowledge 20 based on the Corona virus outbreak that is wrapping around the globe?

I'm wondering if, since our tickets are already paid for, ServiceNow would apply our tickets to K21 if our company (or us) deem it too risky to attend K20.

I certainly hope that SN wouldn't say "if you can't attend it in person, you we will apply your tickets to attend online".  That'd be insane since there's NO way in heck an online experience could even come close to matching an in-person experience.

On SNow's Knowledge page (https://knowledge.servicenow.com/) there is a COVID-19 updates tab. I'm sure we'll all be notified if anything changes. Via email, the Knowledge page, etc. 🙂
