Knowledge Library links do not work

I see the Library of sessions is available for K22. Example: https://knowledge.servicenow.com/newyork/library?state=k22newyork.library&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fknowledge.servicenow.com%2Flibrary

When I go to favorite one of the sessions / add it to my list, I am bounced around a bit and eventually land on a page with a 400 Bad Request message.

Hi Susan,

You have two accounts with us in the system so depending on the email you are using, you are having trouble with access.

You can reach out to our contact center at KnowledgeNewYork@servicenow.com to register for our in-person event as you are currently registered for digital only.

I am having the same issue. Goes to login page but then quickly to 404.  I made sure I was logged in and same result.
