Hi everyone, I am new to the ServiceNow community! If this question was already answered before, I would appreciate if you could comment the link.
Is it possible to have one attachment linked to multiple Knowledge Articles?
For example, I have Document.pdf that I want to be available as an attachment (hyperlinked) to 3 Knowledge Articles (KB001234, KB004321 and KB002345). How can I do that without attaching Document.pdf individually to each KB article and then making them available as a hyperlink?
The goal is when Document.pdf needs to be updated, we do not have to individually update the 3 KB articles.
Creating a separate KB article for the attachment alone and then hyperlinking this KB article is not an option because we do not want users to be able to access a KB article that doesn't have any content aside from the attachment alone.
