Link for making a call to MS Teams

Hi, 
I'm trying to create a link that would initiate a call to MS Teams. I tried to use this in the URL field:  
callto:something@gmail.com
and this:
tel:+3000000000 - this was used previously to make a call to skype. And worked. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Maybe i'm using a wrong syntax for calling to Teams, but that is the only thing I managed to find.

I did this recently, put the links in an Excel table then inserted the table into the notification. Still trying to figure out how to add it to a Notify SMS message, but for now this is working well!
