Question Regarding SharePoint to ServiceNow Integration for KB Articles

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is any way to integrate SharePoint with ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

My requirement is to sync or access KB articles from SharePoint and make them available in ServiceNow Knowledge Management.

Has anyone implemented this before? If yes, could you please share the approach, best practices, and if possible, provide any relevant documentation?

I haven't implemented but looked at getting search results from sharepoint into AI Search. If that sounds like what you are looking for, look into External Content Connectors
