Subscription mail is not getting triggered to a knowledge article when being checkout and revised

Hi,

   1.When a subscribed knowledge article is being checked out and revised, The agent who have subscribed the article should get notification. But in my criteria I am not receiving any mail regarding this.

   2.Usually we have 3 notification being checked for subscription (as in the 1st image) ,but I have only "An article is revised" notification being checked(as in 2nd image). Is there any reasons for this?

Hi Tera,

As you said you are not receiving the email associated with the notification. So, If you are getting the notification in your notification feed but not the email, it may be possible that the "Turn off all email notifications " may be checked. lets check this first. Hope this helps.

    I have checked it and I am not even receiving emails in notification feeds as well.
