Values not popping up

I have a due date column in HR Case table which will automatically take up the value of the SLA due running on that tickets. But for the past few days it shows empty but the SLA is running fine. What might be the issue here?

Hi, without any clear details of your configuration and functionality it is not possible to assess your issue.
Perhaps you can update with clear\specific details, details of your diagnostics and steps to reproduce ther issue.
