Hi,

Can anyone please share with me the link to value calculator for calculating the ROI of ServiceNow product implemenation. I am able to locate a video for old calculator (https://www.servicenow.com/community/knowledge-blog/calculate-the-value-of-upgrading-consistently/ba...)  but not the link for actual calculator in line with latest product release.

From the looks of it (googling) they moved it to 'impact'. You probably need an impact subscription to use it.
