Want to learn service now from scratch.

I am switching domain to ITSM and want to learn service now from scratch.I have only end user experience in this tool.Please guide me how to start.

There are thousands of videos on youtube but its confusing me.

I have created a developer instance for myself and reading the snow wiki for now.

Along with the great info above, I recommend going to the developer site (developer.service-now.com) and getting a free dev instance. that way you can practice and even save your work to gitHub for future use. Also, connect with you rlocal developer meetup communities. In AZ, we have one that meets up regularly. Our next meetup is Oct 12.

just one additional note; don't use the Wiki. As stated on all of the Wiki pages it has obsolete information regarding old versions (this source of documentation will be retired at the end of this year).

Go to the docs site instead: http://docs.servicenow.com There you will find the more updated information, as well as the previously developer docs site.
