Hello everyone,
we received the information a while back that there should be a new function in version Washington. When you archive a KB article, a pop up should come up in which you can enter a different KB article number, so that when someone clicks on the old link they are automatically redirected to the new article. We now have the Xanadu version active, but no pop up comes up when archiving an article. Is this a special configuration?
