Webinars lock up and don't start

Hello - I work at General Motors and I have recently signed up for several webinars to expand my knowledge. When it comes time for the Webinar I am able to launch it but it never seems to let me in (I stay locked in the state represented in the attached screen shot, even when refreshing). 

 

I have not tried yet from a personal device to see if it's some sort of firewall issue, but I need to wait for the next Webinar to try that. In the meantime, I thought I would post to see if you have any suggestions. Thank you.
