I lead a monthly audit on my team. My goal is to identify new articles created under our ownership group L&D since the last audit was conducted. This helps me follow up with the author to confirm their ownership of the article, and establish the preferred audit frequency of the new created articles (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).The challenge I'm encountering is that SNOW treats a new version of an existing article as an entirely new article, which is not aligned with my objective. This inclusion in the report makes it difficult to distinguish recently created articles from existing ones. Hope this helps!
Note: I am using report with an interactive filter to view the month wise created articles.
last year created articles I have updated and published today , based on updated version and published the created date is changing due to this I'm not able to track the exact created date whenever I search in last year created articles I'm not able to find , please suggest there is a any other way to track the exact details.
