What file formats can I import into ServiceNow?

I need to import Excel and Visio files into ServiceNow. How can I do that? Any workaround is appreciated, as these files cannot be converted to Word for import.

You can use import sets to upload a excel file to servicenow

you can import : CSV, CSV (tab), Custom (Parse by Script), Excel, JSON, or XML not sure about Visio files.  You could probably attach that viso file to an incident.
