Hello SNUG community,

Looking to connect with Enterprises, preferably larger in size but open to all, utilizing ServiceNow's Legal Service Management module for your legal teams. It appears as though SN has made a decision to move this product into maintenance mode, will leave the definition of maintenance mode to SN, so interested if other organizations are utilizing and have matured by building custom applications.

Conversations will likely include utilization of the module for basic legal request fulfillment as well as potential utilization of Legal Service Management and Security Incident response for work such as eDiscovery and Legal Holds. Look forward to potential discussions.

Hi Ken! We've just built our first Legal Cases for service management in the Legal App for BD. Go live is Sep 4th. Have not reached the discussion on security incident response yet. But Case a management roadmap has been fully planned out.
