How do i create "related links" in standard change template where i can find risk assessment?

Please follow below steps :


To create a new "related link" in the Incident form in ServiceNow, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to "System UI" > "UI Actions" in the ServiceNow platform.

  2. Click on "New" to initiate the creation of a new UI action.

  3. Provide a meaningful name for the UI action, and set the table name as "std_change_record_producer."

  4. Check the checkbox labeled "Form Link." This designation classifies the UI action as a related link, ensuring it appears in the related links section on the Incident form.

  5. Save the UI action to apply your changes.
