Hello SNUG Members!
We are excited to be hosting the Maryland SNUG on June 26th at the Space Telescope Science Institute!
We are still looking for customer presenters for this event and would like to spotlight as many customers as possible, so if you are interested in presenting, please email julia.vitale@servicenow.com. To learn more about ways to participate, you can view the SNUG Participation Guide.

SNUG meetings are one of the best ways to learn from and collaborate with other ServiceNow customers. Whether you are new to ServiceNow or a long-time customer, SNUG meetings will help you on your journey. You will have the opportunity to network with your peers during breaks, lunch, and afternoon drinks.
We will have an optional pre-SNUG Crafting Workspaces Like a Pro workshop beginning at 10:00 AM. Check-in for the workshop will begin at 9:30 AM, and check-in for the SNUG will begin at 11:30 AM.
Join us for Crafting Workspaces Like a Pro: a Hands-on Learning Adventure Lab beginning at 10:00 AM. After this workshop, you will leave equipped with:
- Practical experience in Workspace customization, mastering UI Builder tools and techniques.
- Skills needed to efficiently manage and tailor Workspaces to organizational requirements.
