We’re excited to be hosting the in-person Nashville SNUG Meeting on Thursday, August 21 at the Bridgestone Americas Headquarters.
Enhancing and accelerating your success with ServiceNow is the focus of SNUG events, and we only host one local SNUG event each year. Space is limited, so please register today to reserve your spot.

We will also be offering an optional Pre-SNUG Workshop: Put AI to Work for ServiceOps with Now Assist and AI Agents from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in a hands-on session in which you’ll explore how to enhance employee engagement and boost agent productivity with AI Search and Virtual Agents. You’ll gain experience with automatic chat summarization, incident resolution, and knowledge article generation—plus get a look at building agentic skills with the Now Assist Skill Kit and hear our vision and roadmap for ServiceNow AI Agents.
