TNSNUG Community! My company is new to the ServiceNow family and will have representation at Knowledge 16! If any of the TN SNUG folks want to meet up at the event, feel free to drop me an E-mail or a text and let's exchange ideas at the conference!

I have been an active participant and owner of two implementations of ServiceNow and am on a third here and am excited to catch up with folks in the area.

Hi Jeremy!   I'm glad your company will be at K16.   It is an exciting event and there are tons of networking and learning opportunities.   I've been to a few Knowledge Conferences and they get better every year.

I'll be there all week, so hopefully we'll get a chance to meet.   For Precon, I'm working in the Performance Analytics (PA) for Managers and Viewers classroom.   I'll also be at CreatorCon.

I'm part of ServiceNow's Education Services team.   We're the ones who create the technical training, like Performance Analytics for Administrators, and Fulfiller training which is custom training materials to help you train your company's process users.   I am also a certified System Administrator and reporting and PA geek.
